The Center of International Cooperation and Exchange and the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs are teaching and auxiliary departments directly led by the university, which implement a working system of two brands and a set of people, and are a special second-level department integrating many functions such as foreign-related affairs, foreign exchanges and cooperation, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, international student enrollment and management, and study abroad project management. The department consists of three office: General Office、Foreign Affairs Office、Office of Study Abroad Programs. Our school was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2000 to recruit foreign students, admitted the first batch of international students from Vietnam in 2001, and the first batch of foreign master's international students in September 2014, and has received more than 600 long-term and short-term international students from more than 20 countries such as the United States, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, and India. At present, it has established good partnerships with many foreign universities and educational institutions, undertaken and implemented Sino-foreign cooperative school-running projects, carried out international scientific research cooperation and talent training, expanded cooperation with excellent foreign universities, vigorously introduced high-quality educational resources,and played a positive role in promoting the international development of education to improve the level of school running and promote the international development of education.
